Dr. Brand is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and reconstructive knee surgery. He completed his fellowship training in sports medicine and reconstructive knee surgery at the San Diego Knee and Sports Medicine Program at the University of California. He received his M.D. with honors from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, NY, and was Chief Resident at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Brand is active in several national and local orthopedic organizations and is currently the President of OrthoConnecticut.
